Hi there! I'm Anna

meet your teacher:

I am a yoga teacher. Originally from Poland, I found a happy home here in Leuven where I teach my classes and enjoy an active and balanced life. I teach my classes in English so I can easily share my passion with you and connect with our amazing international community.

I'm passionate about the human body and movement. I love being active - it fuels me and gives me energy and joy. Yoga teaches me how to balance my energy, to pause the intensity and treat my body with kindness and respect.

My classes are all about mindful and intuitive movement. By focusing on mindfulness techniques, breathing and meditation, I aim to help you release tension, reduce stress, and feel more at ease, both physically and mentally. You’ll find a welcoming space where you can move at your own pace, connect with your breath, and leave feeling refreshed.

My classes are great for those who:

  • Want to kickstart a more active, healthy and balanced lifestyle.

  • Are tired of feeling stiff - want to bend, stretch, and move with ease.

  • Are looking for effective ways to improve sleep, reduce stress and find your inner calm.
